A deposit of the first nights charges will guarantee your reservation for the day of your scheduled arrival. Once the reservation is made, and if it is cancelled, the security deposit as well as any advance payments will be forfeited.
If you fail for any reason to make payments required on time, the reservation will be cancelled. Your deposits as well as any advance payments will become non-refundable.
NOTICE: If you make payment by Credit Cards, there will be an additional 3% surcharge.
TAXES: 17% (6.625% State Tax, 5% NJ State Occupancy Tax, 3% City Tax, 2.375% Property Service Charge)

RULES OF THE SEA GEM MOTEL AND APARTMENTS
While at the Sea Gem Motel, we want you to enjoy a safe stay. The following are the rules and regulations that will ensure a happy environment:
- There will be no drinking of Alcoholic Beverages on the decks or in the pool area.
- Minors are strictly forbidden to drink Alcoholic Beverages anywhere on the property. NJ.S.A.2C:33-15
- Room occupancy is limited to REGISTERED guests only.
- Wristbands must be worn at all times. No wristbands, No admittance.
- No loud or abusive language will be tolerated, as well as fighting
- No diving or horseplay in the pool area.
- At the discretion of Management, any room not left the way it was found at check-in will be charged a $50.00 cleaning fee, which shall be deducted from the room security deposit
THESE RULES ARE FOR YOUR BENEFIT AND THE ENJOYMENT OF ALL THAT ARE STAYING.
PROM RESERVATION & CANCELLATION POLICY
- At least one individual in each room must be 18 years of age to sign the registration card.
- For confirm reservation one has to put down the deposit of amount equal to one night stay in advance. That deposit amount is part of your total amount and it will be accepted only in certified checks and money order. No credit card for reservation.
- At check-in or upon arrival payment will be accepted in cash, credit card, money order and travelers check.
- Security deposit of $50.00 per person will be held as safety against damage to room until departure of customer. In case of group booking entire Group Deposits will be held until damage is fixed.
- Prom, Group, Reunion, Houses, Apartments reservation is NON-REFUNDABLE at any time. Entire deposit as well as any advance payments will be forfeited if you cancel the reservation anytime. No Refunds for NO show.
